It is a very safe and a clean community complex. The maintenance staff does a good job!
My husband and I moved in to the complex in October. We love it here. Neighbors are quiet and nice. No issues. Renewed for another year. We definitely recommend to anyone considering New Tampa as a place of residence.
Worst place ever to live. The leasing office staff is extremely rude. Poor communication with residents. I have talk to my neighbors and they all regret moving in. I have had so many people move to the apartment complex below me and at first I didn't not know why but now I can see why. I was charged a ridiculous amount for things that they never informed me about. I went to go talk to them they said to refer back to my lease but it was online and I couldn't access it anymore. I love living in the grand reserve of Tampa palms.
I love love love living here! People are all very nice. Quite community. No noisy neighbors. Staff is WONDERFUL!!! Always on top of any problem you have. Very friendly, an easy to talk to. Quite a few community wide events to get connected to your neighbors. Id say the only problem is that parking can be a bit of a hassle late at night. But, there are garages which you can rent, which solves the problem. Other then that, living here couldn't have been more amazing!
I love working at this beautiful property! The team I have partnered with are all amazing and so talented. Every residents I encounter greets me with a smile, and the property and all its amenities are stunning!!!
