Everything is in order here. The staff are very friendly. The facilities are great! It's safe! And there's no mosquitoes! I really like there. It's just that the rent is getting more and more expensive.
My husband & I didn't like living there. Never a place to park at night. The kids scream their heads off like someone is killing them & they play in the road & hit your car with their toys! People leave their trash on the steps. We kept having to call maintenance to fix our sink in the kitchen. People never picked up their dogs poop!
Awesome front office staff! Made us stay an extra year thanks to their management team!
It's a wonderful place to live.but it was greystar family members that made it happen please thank the people that work and take care of this beautiful awesome grand reserve WOW
