We had water leaking in our roof the whole year and a half we lived there. We complained many times. After I had my 6th sinus infections while my husband and I lived there, they finally checked for mold. Said there wasn’t any. We moved over two years ago and I haven’t been sick since.
RecommendedI miss the place. Staff at Grand Reserve was very friendly and responsive especially Jennifer. Location close to everything you need on daily basis. Monthly events they hosted in club helped socialise with neighbors.
Highly rated elementary school is at walkable distance.
I give 10 stars! The Grand Reserve is the best apartment community my family and I have ever lived in. First, you have a thriving community with children riding bikes all over the place. The employees are so caring and more than willing to bend over backwards to serve you and your living space! One last thing, the apartment was so clean and remodeled that it seemed like it was brand new. It's a breath of fresh air living here. Thank you.
Since I moved in 2 months ago, it’s been one problem after another. Parking is bad, people don’t pick up after their dogs, no hot water, lots of roaches, loud neighbors to where a heavy sleeper is woken up by yelling and stomping from above, definitely NOT a luxury experience and especially NOT WORTH $1,600 a month for a 2 bedroom apartment. We have been living here for 3 years and have absolutely no regrets. Yes, it’s not cheap. But when you live in such an amazing place with so many amenities, super nice staff and living close to great restaurants, shopping and a major highway...it’s very worth it. We own property in another part of the state where our tenant is paying for a 2 bedroom what we are paying in rent here for a 3 bedroom and office space. So I guess it’s all relative.
