Apartments are nice but eventually will be forced out due to rent increase every year. They have to find s way to give us at least one year without raising rates
This used to be a very nice complex. But lately cars get broken in to if they are not in the garage, animal waste not being picked up is an issue, and all while the rent continues to go up and up.
I have lived in Grand Reserve for 12 years! Great living quarters, always clean, great neighbors! Each unit has been upgraded with new stainless steel appliances now and makes the units look classy! I love it here! �
