RecommendedWe could not have picked a better community to live in, we’ve been so impressed! We never had the chance to take a tour or see the unit we were about to sign for due to COVID and it was like they knew exactly what we were looking for! Perfect, cute, quiet, friendly community! Management and maintenance are always super amazing and both respond quickly and efficiently!
We lived here for over 4 years and I have to give a shout out to the maintenance team. Especially Ryan, he does everything with a smile and has a personality that would light up a room. They are rockstars! They are quick to get work orders completed too.
Not sure you can been a horrible stay
Our experience with the staff has been nothing, but awesome. Townhouses are very much kept up and the location is beautiful. Moving from out of state is difficult, however, the Grand Reserves community makes you feel right at home.

Chris & Megan have been total rockstars from the first time we met! They got us the home we wanted & made the process so easy! So excited to call this place home for the next 2 years! Thanks y’all ROCK!!!
LOOK ELSEWHERE! Just pathetic management. Besides never fixing a single maintenance issue (there were many), we moved out at the end of February and still don't have our deposit back. I left a Google review, they ask me to call, I did - they told me the manager was too busy for me and that he'd call me back. That was over a week ago. Still no callback. I'd liken this more to a crime ring than a community living operation. Where's my money Grand Reserve??? I've called and asked on 4 separate occasions. That's unacceptable.
