The "Old Florida" Guesthouse is in a safe neighborhood. Restaurante and shops are nearby. We found it best to use Uber and Lyft to go to shops and restaurants since there are only six lots in front of the guesthouse.
Extremely disappointing customer service – rude and completely unhelpful over the phone. Due to a personal emergency, I tried to cancel my reservation 48 hours in advance, but they still charged the full amount without offering any flexibility or partial refund. They had more than enough time to rebook the service. It’s unfortunate to see such lack of empathy and professionalism. I do not recommend this company to anyone.
Als ich letztes Jahr Key West besucht habe, war ich zum ersten mal hier Gast. Dieses Jahr wollte ich unbedingt wieder hier hin und wir hatten Glück ein Zimmer zu bekommen. Das Guesthouse ist nicht ganz günstig, aber von der Atmosphäre her ist es einfach typisch Key West und man kann sich hier nur wohlfühlen. Das Frühstück ist völlig ausreichend und es ist ein kostenloser Parkplatz dabei. Würde jederzeit hier wieder ein Zimmer buchen.
