Greg is correct. Even new management sucks. I have put in multiple work requests and nothing gets done. Current management doesn't help you at all. They over charge for water, and don't have any customer service skills. Don't live here. Even the neighbors hate this place.
AVOID THIS BUILDING!!! Management is the worst I've ever had to deal with. They don't respond to email or call backs. They have not fixed a single thing that has been requested. The laundry room is dirty, and the washer machines have been full of flood water for almost 3 weeks. They don't meter read the water utilities, so they just make up a number and make you pay it, doesn't matter if you use a lot or very little, you have to pay for everyone. Since I moved in I have been looking for another place to live, it's that bad!
