Always a pleasure to spend time here. The staff makes every guest feel special, the food is very good, the spa is a great getaway & the rooms are comfortable. This is one of my favorite hotels in the States.
I feel like I'm in the Ritz Carlton! MY Knicks & LA Clippers must agree. They're here too!
I love this new hotel for me and my family! Front desk was very friendly! I would like to commend the Valet and Bell stand professionals for their outstanding and caring attitude towards my family. Amazing hospitality among all the employees of Grand America. I have been to many hotels in my career throughout the USA. I would like to say that the Grand America Hotel is by far the best of them all! Thank you!
A beautiful hotel with a helpful and professional staff. The rooms are luxurious apartment like rooms. Very cozy and big. The Christmas decorations were breathtaking. So much to see inside the beautifully decorated hotel. Looking forward to staying there again.
