Hotel staff great, hotel wonderful, restaurant terrible, food ok if you ever get it.
Beautiful hotel with excellent service and impressive facilitator for presentations. Minor detail are the omelettes during breakfast, to much fat and no clean flavors.
The rooms and grounds are absolutely glamorous. The food and its presentation Michelin Star worthy. To top it all off, The Grand American staffed some wonderful people to make the stay even more exceptional.
Always have an amazing, warm, welcoming experience here! We return every year to celebrate our anniversary. Brunch is the BEST, although I do wish a Sunday Brunch dress code was enforced. My husband and I enjoy getting dressed up and feel it's appropriate for the beautiful hotel and high end service. Seeing people in sweats and t-shirts is a real turn off, and brings the atmosphere down. We'll be back!
