My mother and I spent 3 days at the Grand and loved every minute of it. We were treated so well by EVERY member of the hotel staff. The environment was incredibly relaxing, the dining choices were great, and everything you could ever need on a vacation was available to us on the property. For the amount spent on the room and incidentals, it was worth every penny. I really enjoy the way you feel once you enter the Grand. Luxury. Class. Important. Everyone treats you with such respect and kindness. The food is excellent. The shops are fun. Pastry shop is to die for. I would gain so much weight if I worked there. I enjoy going there. The rooms are bright with huge windows. Sunlight makes me happy. I recommend this hotel.
