We have been to the Grand America several times and always enjoy our stay. This year they gave us an upgrade since we stayed for our anniversary with them last year. The beds are not super comfy unless you like a really really soft bed. After I complained they brought a bed board to put between the mattress and that made a big difference I will be sure to request on when I make the reservation next time! The staff is always nice. What a treat to attend the Afternoon Tea! The atmosphere was delightful the service was top notch and the dessert sandwich teas were wonderful. So relaxing and elequent.
