I was not told until I was in the waiting room that the doctor I booked into see was not available. I have since then brought this up to reception staff stating that I was unhappy with the communication, to which they were condescending and rude over the phone. I was very unhappy with this as I had specifically come to this GP clinic for a specific doctor. I would have been happy to be called earlier in the day to rebook but no communication was forthcoming to me until attending facility.

Today I had a M appointment with Dr Dan as well as treatment assisted by Nurse Stacey. Dr Dan explained in a language that I could understand what he found, the treatment options and his recommendations. In the Treatment Room he again went through his plan, ensuring that I was fully aware. Nurse Stacey is a very professional operator and was well prepared and assisted without prompting. Thank you both, you make a wonerful team. Dave F.

Doctors are great, have never had a bad experience, but have been met with some incredibly rude behaviour from reception staff. Unfortunately there's no way to book online, so you have to call reception anytime you want to make a booking.

I had been waiting for months to get on the waiting list after my previous doctor changed clinics. Although the clinic is accepting new patients, not for the doctor I wanted to see, which is understandable. However, I was informed that I needed to come in to get the paperwork, as they don't offer email options.
