TERRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE – If I could rate it with a zero I would. I made an appointment was there 20 minutes early, which understandably I had to wait, but was never once asked if I was doing ok or told that someone would be with me. There were only 2 other brides in the whole store and I was completely ignored. Best Service In The City – My daughter and I had been to several other shops looking at gowns but the selection and service here beat them all. She tried on a ton of dresses and they were patient and helpful...even after trying on several dresses twice trying to make up her mind. We got a great price and were amazed at the alterations and how the very form fitting dress she picked out was perfect when we went to pick it up. I would highly recommend The Gown Gallery!
Ignored by sales clerks even when I had an appointment – My experience with Gown Gallery started off badly and only went downhill from there. First, I never received a confirmation about my appointment (which I made a week in advance). Then, when I entered the store, I had to wait ten minutes before I was even noticed by the salespeople. Great Service With Gown Gallery – I worked with Veronica and has a great experince!! Me and all eight of the ladies in my wedding party went in at one time and she was very very patience with us! Them she also help all then men in our wedding she was very good! Thanks Veronica!!!!!!
Horrible Customer Service - should have a "no star" rating – Terrible customer service. The employees are very young and unexperienced. When you spend thousands on a wedding, you expect better than this type of service. Avoid this shop at all costs!
Great service – I have a couple friends who have gotten married and are getting married and they all have had great experiences at The Gown Gallery. I highly recommend this shop for a couple reasons: 1. One of my friends was pregnant and every other bridal shop we went to looked down on her and acted surprised when she told them she was pregnant. I would give no stars if possible – I should have known better than to do business with the Gown Gallery from the minute I walked in the shop. The owner was rude & unprofessional; she acted as if she was too good to even take our money, let alone help us! I therefore, did not order my wedding gown from there, but this was the only place in town that carried the dress my attendants liked best, so they ordered their dresses from there. Nightmare for any bride planning a wedding – This place by far tops the charts for the worst customer service ever!! I am serious if you hear of this place run as far away as possible. Where do I start with all of my problems: 1. I picked out a bridesmaid dress for all of my bridesmaids to order. When each of them called in to order they had no record of the dress or my account. 2.
