Good Customer Service!! I love the staff here at The Gown Gallery, I did not feel any pressure to buy a dress, but felt that she was genuinely there to help me find my perfect dress. She wanted me to feel great in the dress and I didn't sense any type of pressure, which was perfect for me. To top it all off, my dress was way under my budget and was such a great deal!! I am very happy!!

I absolutely loved the entire experience! I might be a bit biased, but my dress was the most beautiful dress I have ever seen! Thanks to The Gown Gallery and their team I had a great experience while dress shopping. They really listened to what I was looking for and I didn't feel as though I was getting pressured to buy which was great! I absolutely loved the entire experience!

Thank you I am a bridesmaid in my sister's upcoming wedding and was the LAST one to get my dress. I called all of the online vendors in addition to at least 7 physical stores in the area. Everyone told me the dress was discontinued and I couldn't get it. I spoke to Sharon at the Gown Gallery, and she told me too, that it was discontinued. pleasantly attentive!! They were very accommodating to me and pleasantly attentive. No one overwhelmed me with hast or opinions but gentle enough to offer suggestions. I loved working with the ladies and feel like they are truly great friends now. Thanks!

perfect wedding gown Our daughter found the perfect wedding gown at The Gown Gallery. The staff could not have been more helpful. The consultant Immediately knew what style would be the most flattering and found this perfect gown for her. We liked the shop so much that we selected the bridesmaid dresses for the eight attendants as well.

Words cannot describe how amazing it was working with The Gown Gallery to find my perfect wedding dress! I went in unsure as to what the style was that I was looking for. Within minutes, the saleswoman had pulled a single dress that she thought matched my personality and style. This was the only dress I had to try on... it was the one! Thank you for all of your hard work and dedication in helping make my wedding day perfect. My bridesmaids loved their gowns as well!!!!

customer service was amazing The customer service was amazing, the sales associates are so very helpful and might I add not pushy at all. My dress ended up arriving early and I couldn't have been more pleased with the entire process!
