Astounding marriage shop that likewise has extraordinary tuxedos. Client administration was extraordinary and costs are awesome. Words cannot describe how amazing it was working with The Gown Gallery to find my perfect wedding dress! I went in unsure as to what the style was that I was looking for. Within minutes, the saleswoman had pulled a single dress that she thought matched my personality and style. This was the only dress I had to try on... it was the one! Thank you for all of your hard work and dedication in helping make my wedding day perfect. My bridesmaids loved their gowns as well!!!!

My appointment was nothing short of PERFECT! I managed to actually get an appointment the day that I called to ask if they had my dress in stock. There are only 2 stores in my city that are authorized vendors for my dress and they had it in stock for me to try on. When I walked in the door I was greeted by a warm and friendly welcome. Accompanied one of my college mates to purchase a dress for prom night. We were first timers here and the way they welcomed us and took care of us was amazing. This only goes to show how much they care for their customers.

Horrible Experience for Me – I order my wedding dress and was told it would be in October 4th. When I hadn't heard from them by the 6th, I called to be told by Gwen, "It just came in." I asked her to overnight it to me as I would not be coming back to KC and had made arrangements to get it tailored in OK. That was a Friday, so I expected to get the dress no later than Tuesday of the next week. When it didn't arrive on Tuesday, I called them on Wednesday and left a message. Dresses were FOUR WEEKS LATE!! – I ordered flower girls dresses 12 wks out from the wedding and paid for the expedited order/shipping for both dresses. I was guaranteed they would be in in 6 weeks so I would have time for alterations and so my sister (the bride) could see them, in person, while she was in KC (she lives out of the country). I called to check on the dresses a couple days before they were SUPPOSED to be ready and the order had gotten filed incorrectly!
