Great experience at the Gould! Friendly and helpful desk and reception team even with a midnight arrival and multiple lost luggage inquiries. The housekeeping team was great #114. The Contential breakfast and bar are convenient and nice amenities. The location is great to walk anywhere in town from the Women's Rights National Park to Wonderland Life museum. Such a great collection of historical sites and community memories in Seneca Falls. Thank you ALl for a great experience! . . . And for mailing my forgotten items.

We had the great pleasure of residing at The Gould Hotel on July 9 and 10th, 2018. Our home away from home, nestled in the woods of Seneca Falls, was tended to by a dedicated, professional and compassionate staff who supported our I Am a Superwoman Campaign (#NowItsUp2Me). All present, assured that our woman’s tea party re-enactment and panel of illustrious speakers was well taken care of. Please join us in toasting the Gould Hotel.
Wow!!! So impressed by the Gould Hotel and Tavern! The staff first, rates 10 stars alone! Tabitha, Nicole, and Gloria knocked our socks off with their service, creativity! The rooms are gorgeously appointee, the Wi-Fi super strong, the food absolutely high quality, and I was astonished at the reasonable prices, and such well-trained servers. This hotel is top rate!! Our organization was here in Seneca Falls in celebration of the anniversary of the Declaration of Sentiments movement 170 years ago with launching our Superwoman Campaign for SHEROES United. Great food, friendly staff. Brought my brother to lunch here for his birthday, and they gave him a complimentary piece of cheesecake! Grew up in Seneca Falls and the Gould Hotel is an icon there. Love it! I'll be back!
