The Gould has that nice casual meets elegance feel to it. The building is historical but does not feel stuffy I enjoy the food selections and the overall atmosphere. The staff is always friendly and they work hard to accommodate my daughter with celiacs disease when we come for dinner.

for the 3rd year i have utilized the Gould during the "Bacon on the Lakein" Cayuga wine event for 20+ friends. This year Shannon and Gail went out of their way to assist with accommodations for 13 rooms! Chuck and Stewart were outstanding at the bar! Leah at the desk was huge help at night! they got their shuttle running just for us so we could go to casino at night!! our Shuttle driver was amazing!! all staff went out if their way to please!! thank you GOULD. hope too make it 4 years in a row! 😊🥂❤
the place was absolutely filthy. fought to get money back. got back after3 weeks, then 2 months later charged us again.
