The Gould worked tirelessly to make sure my wedding was magical. From customizing my "Breakfast for Dinner" menu to creating a new cocktail to setting up the tables with extra care, they were awesome! They catered (off site) and it was delicious and everything was the perfect temperature. I love them!!!!
Just spent a very enjoyable evening at the hotel with my girlfriend on the most frigid day of the winter. The rooms were better than expected. Staff was friendly, and the restaurant was great. Definitely look forward to another visit in the spring or summer..
Fantastic accommodations and best yet our dog Henry, was with us too! Very clean rooms and friendly staff. We will be back!

It touts itself as an "old style hotel" , but lacks any ammities. You have to go to the front desk for ice. There is no parking for arrival/departure. No bell hops. The rooms are sparse to say the least. In a double bed room there is only one chair. Very over priced
We had a bad experience at the Deerhead Restaurant, left there and drove to the Gould in Seneca Falls and the best dinner ever. Delicious food, great waitress. All around the best. We will be returning there for sure.

I love it and would definetaly come back. The rooms are beautiful and the custom service is wonderful. I really felt like home.
Beautiful old hotel, very quaint, nice staff, located in the heart of town. The continental breakfast has everything you could want.
