My family and I participated in the Thanksgiving feast there...it was delicious!!! The pastry chef should be commended!! All of the food was wonderful, the service was great!!! It was all great!!

We did the Pasta Monday today. I was excited about it until we got our food. The pasta is over cooked and tastes starchy. The service was sub-par at best. The whole time we were there we only had one round of drinks. They only had two servers on and one of them was training. Very disappointed and will not be eating here again.
The renovations to the rooms were beautiful...hardwood floors with an area rug, firm yet comfortable mattresses, plush towels and linens. The color scheme is grey and purple. Our room had a love seat, desk with a chair and a large flat screen TV. I thought it felt expensive and was well planned. The resturant was delicious. My entire group felt that their meals were excellent and fairly priced. The hotel character, service and resturant were far superior to other local chain establishments.
This is a great place to spend the night if you are riding the Erie Canal trail. It is located next to the Women's Rights museum in the quaint town of Seneca Falls. The rooms are somewhat Kimpton like and the staff are welcoming and warm, esp. Tim and Ashley. The food is also delicious. Five stars.
