Clean, well maintained apartment and building. Best is a one time amenity fee of 500 and that gets you a bike rack spot and a gym.
Put your tv sets n home theater system on the wall between your living room and bedroom to avoid embarrassing complaints from neighbors as the walls between apartments are thin.
Awesome doormen (where is Terry???), solid building. Garage management sucks - hate the Little Man. Need larger bike room too!

Close to the PATH, 5 minutes to Manhattan and great restaurants and bars all around the building. Best doormen in JC!!
