As a 12-year resident of The Gotham, I can confidently say this is a great place to live. The downtown Jersey City location is ideal—close to the PATH, restaurants, shopping, and my favorite gym, Base. The apartments are spacious and filled with natural light, whether you’re on the east or west side. The staff is a big reason I’ve stayed. I lived here for over a decade, Applied Management was frankly terrible and hard to interact with for building and lease term issues. They are highly complacent because they can get away with it. The saving grace is the building staff as long as you treat them as equal humans and with respect. The building staff was amazing and accommodating. Beware of all of the fees that are tied to your lease! Applied and Ironstate (umbrella company) are relentless snakes that will not bend. The location couldn't be more convenient to NYC... read more
