Good News Home Health has supported my mother and her husband with great care and assistance whenever needed. Samuel and Steven have been very responsive to adjustments and needs. Most times they inform me prior to any change and already have a resolve in place. Their support and assistance takes pressure off of me during the work day knowing both are being cared for.
If I could give zero stars I would. They have no clue what they are doing. Stay as far away as possible! The VA sent them out to provide respite care for my father in law back before Christmas. Was told then they would send someone out to work within a week or two. Finally heard back from them in the beginning of February. Said they were sending a worker out for a meet and greet and she would start after that and never showed up or called. Updated, this company does pay employees ontime. I made a miss calculation on the amount of time they owed me.
I’ve been with The Good News for over two years. The experience has been wonderful and encouraging. The owners and staff get to know you on a level of calling you by your name. They don’t treat you like just another employee. The Good News is a very welcoming company. They try their best to accommodate your needs; whether it be taking a vacation or just needing to modify your schedule for your convenience. I have referred many people to The Good News for employment and I will continue to do so. #Thankful
