I’m not happy with the supports my feet are hurting pretty bad. I think the price is way to high and to me the people are to pushy to get you to buy the supports.
Customer service was the worst i have ever encountered with any store. I waited 30 mins signed in and no one even bothered to say they would get with me or acknowledge i was there as the two sales person on had attention with the customers they were dealing with. I walked out and not one of the sales person said anything to me. I waited in front of the store for 10 mins. more and called the store. THEY DIDN'T EVEN ANSWER THE PHONE!!! the worst customer service ever ..... you walk in and several people are just sitting around talking you go the counter which is in the back of the room and wait for 15 min before any one says anything to you then they say to sign in at a coffee table and they will be right with you 20 more min pass and then some on comes over and starts reading names from the list but no one answers they get to my name and then some one says hay i was here first (which they were) so they start to talk to them and never say that they would b... read more
as long as you play the ad with the 10y/o volleyball player using vulgar language, I will not patronize your store.
