The store is pleasing, clean and convenient. The staff is friendly and courteous. They seem to know their product. However, I feel the commercials and other reviews were totally misleading. The arch supports are not alleviating the pain in my knee and even have made the pain worse when I’m wearing them. After wearing the arch supports for a few days I found my legs were swelling badly. When going in you have no idea that you will be charged nearly $1,000 and you cannot get a refund, just store credit if they aren’t the answe... read more
