I took my 4 kids(9yr old boy 6yr old boy 5yr old girl and 3yr old girl) in to get cuts. Before ANYBODY started I asked about the girls and their cuts, ensuring thaow has a boy cut! She started crying when we went outside so she would stop fussing. Since my boys were in their and they(employees) said it was okay they would be awhile. My 5 yr old daughter cries everyday since due to this. She is in cheer and I can’t even put her bow in! I spoke to the owner and she told me that she would refund my money that is it!
