Eliot was an absolute pleasure to work with! He is very passionate about his job and considering I had no idea what I was doing in terms of creating jewelry, he was helpful along the way. Answered any questions that I had and did everything in a timely manner. I highly recommend. My engagement ring is just beautiful and I can't stop staring at it!!
I have had a few items custom designed at Goldworks and have always been extremely happy with the results. Elliot works with my original idea to design something that is unique and stylish. Repair jobs done at Goldworks have always been exemplary in quality. The staff has always explained why they may not be able to do something. They do not claim to be able to do things they cannot do. Furthermore, the staff has always been friendly and accomodating.
Did a fantastic job on the temp glasses repair, hardly noticeable and done quick a cheap. Highly recommend

I second guess most choices and wasn’t really sure how it would turn out, but I think it is wonderful. I really like the width and glad you kinda pushed for that. It’s unique and bold while being nicely stated. As I look carefully, I am really pleased with the quality of the workmanship. I had a great experience with goldworks, I had an unfortunate experience with a well known jeweler in the mall and I decided to support local instead and Goldworks handled my situation with such respect and professionalism. They fixed my wedding set & I am actually planning on upgrading to a new custom set and I will definitely go to Goldworks for that!! Thank you again!!!
