We walked in there without an appointment and a huge bag of vintage costume jewelry. I have no idea how to tell what is gold, gold filled, gold plated, what the names of stones or gems are etc. All this jewelry and the internet made it even more confusing. We waited maybe 3 minutes on a big kushy couch and then helped right away by 3 really personable, kind people. THE GOLDWORKS LTD cares for all of my sterling-silver jewelry needs. I tend to wear my silver every day and it takes a beating. I also lost some weight recently and my ring was loose.
