We walked in there without an appointment and a huge bag of vintage costume jewelry. I have no idea how to tell what is gold, gold filled, gold plated, what the names of stones or gems are etc. All this jewelry and the internet made it even more confusing. We waited maybe 3 minutes on a big kushy couch and then helped right away by 3 really personable, kind people.
