The owner is very rude, yelled at my kid a few years back, I did not do or say anything because he is very old and bitter. He asked if I wanted to polish my Rolex. I then knew he has no idea that if you polish a Rolex it devalues the watch. He claims to be certified by Rolex, I seriously doubt that. I feel sorry for the guy. I would not recommend this place.

I needed three small stones taken out of a bracelet that I was giving to my wife from my Mom's estate; and the jeweler/owner took care of me on the spot. I could not be happier. Now lets see if the wife likes the bracelet and I guessed/eyeballed the right size! Thank you for your prompt service and workmanship.

Had two rings that needed diamonds replaced, was given one price but after the work was done the owner decided to charge $50 more than the agreed price, super unprofessional, never got one call to ask if the price increase would be ok. Won't recommend this shop at all.

We had an amazing experience with Thomas in his cool workshop. We had a great conversation with plenty of valuable knowledge gained. We brought him a ring with a loose center stone and within a few minutes Thomas had it fixed up and cleaner than the day we got it! It’s very comforting to know that we have someone local we can trust with these projects. Thank you!
