The customer service is awful here.my first visit I was not impressed there was a lady with her elderly mother with Alzheimer’s she had a time keeping her mask on I know with Covid the staff and patients need to be protected they asked them to leave . Instead of offering accommodations or try to help the lady. I had an appointment 2nd visit they cancel my appointment because I didn’t take the medicine they prescribed me, said if was not there problem if I didn’t read their policy. I will not be back. They dont listen to what your issues are. When I came for a follow up they told me they wouldnt see me because I didnt have the prescriptions that I was perscribed before. I demanded that I be seen. Ive been having medical scares and issues and you tell me you wont see me because I didnt bring in bottles? You have my chart you know what was perscribed so why do I need to bring in the bottle. I made a new patient appointment. Was running 7min late and couldn’t get through to a live person to let them know and then when I got there I was told they wouldn’t see me because I was late and didn’t have my old medicine bottles. People go out their way for their appointments to just turn away a patient especially a new patient who’s been waiting a while trying to get in over medicine that I had pictures of is horrible customer service. By far THE WORST clinic ever staff is unprofessional, at 35 weeks pregnant i was being asked if i was pregnant because they for some reason couldnt find my file... Currently 38 going on 39 weeks pregnant and i am being "fired" or discharged from the clinic because i couldnt keep my appointments they kept RESCHEDULING. Sorry ass clinic. Can go into labor anytime now & havent been able to see A doctor.. Dont waste your time. WORST WORST WORST clinic i have been to. Now i have to look for ANOTHER clinic at 39WEEKS. SMH.
