Great food with an awesome beer and wine selection. Sat at the bar and had great service with a smile. Love this place.
We are locals and we visited last weekend after reading some of the reviews, esp the wood oven pizzas. We ordered 3 sandwiches which were tasty but expensive (served with...potato chips!!!) and a pizza. Excitement about the pizza quickly turned out to be a big let down. Dough was oily as per the menu (garlic oil). Problem was that other than the end crust, the rest of the pizza dough was super soggy and seemed uncooked, as if the oven was not hot enough. We drive 45 min just to come to eat here excellent food !
OMG! We stopped in on our way home to San Diego based a little bit upon a friend's recommendation, but mostly because of the name. We sat at the bar and chatted with lovely strangers who were probably way too good looking to bother with us. When we open the restaurant we dream of having, we will do our best to steal Ryan. He was knowledgeable, funny, kind, and very personable. We've planned a mini-vacation a mere 50 miles from home so that we can enjoy another great experience on the woof friendly patio.
We so enjoyed The Goat and Vine! The entree and pizzas were phenomenal. The cheese bread appetizer was absolutely delicious. I had a great cocktail and my sons loved the craft beers. We'll be back...real soon. And last but not least, our server was spectaculat!
Our time was great! The food and the service were spectacular! We especially appreciated the the time they let us sit and really enjoy the experience.
The pulled pork sandwich is a must! The Spiced Orchard Punch drink is the best drink I have ever had. I’m hoping I can recreate it.
The food is delicious and the waitstaff is wonderful. So patient and accommodating. A definite "must visit."
