I had a great experience living at the glen this past year. Living across the street from school was incredibly convenient, and all of the glen staff where very helpful and attentive to my needs.
Visited this place and can honestly say I was not pleased. Truth gets you a long way in life to which The Glen seems to severely lack thereof. Excuse my language but on several occasions I wanted to beat the living hell out my sisters roommate for smoking and acting like the apartment was a crackhouse. Honor preference? More like I'm going to put your name in a bottle and throw it in the ocean and hope you get selected. Students have no home training and don't even try to complain about the noise. This complex is the worst of its kind. They try to lure you in with fake smiles and false attitudes. Customer service sucks ass. Why be asked to choose a preference when you can't even get it. Parking is bullshit, all security does is tow cars all day. They don't even give a shit about the noise complaints. Nobody cares about free coffee. Also they are promoting nothing but false advertisement.
They asked for a deposit before I moved in and they did not allocate my money properly. Parking sucks, you can't have visitors. Parking is super limited for guests and you can only have them over if the leasing office is open. Some of the girls give terrible customer service.
I love the Glen and the wonderful atmosphere that you guys have. Michelle and Gwen are amazing people. They are very welcoming and nice. They will start a conversation with you that will make your bad day turn good. They are also hard workers. They love doing tours so they can explain the in and outs about the Glen. The Glen also gives out free food and drinks. The roommates are good people. The Glen is an amazing place which i will happily recommend to others.
I loved The Glen so much I renewed my lease for another year. I love that I can have my privacy within my own room with my own bathroom and I only have to share a kitchen which makes for fun cookout nights with my roommates. What makes it so great are the workers like Michelle and Gwen in the leasing office who alway have a smile and positive attitude! One thing I wish there was more of was parking for guests. Other than that they are doing good especially with adding the food places out front.
