I lived here for 2 years and I had the best experience. It was perfect for me because I was going to csusb out of state. The year long lease, school being right across the street and the pool is what made my stay at the glen wonderful. The staff were always available and I got so much help from Michelle every time I walked into the office. Besides the parking situation because of the limited space, the glen is a fantastic place to live and a great college environment. I would 10/10 recommend it.

We had puppy playdates and cookout potlucks! It comes down to the people. You've got around 7 people in one house, so if you manage to get along with everyone and no one person brings over a ton of people every other day, then it's a good time. Other than that the facilities are really nice, and it's easy to meet a lot of neat people.
The Glen personally is amazing and offers everything a student needs to be comfortable away from home while experiencing being independent. It's a home away from home and the staff here are so friendly and helpful.

It seems to be getting better with the weeding out inconsiderate people. It used to have night after nigh of outrageous noise that the tenants in the back would cause. It's a nice place, in a nice area, but some people totally lack respect for others around them, bringing the place down. I'm glad these tenants are either kicked out or have stopped with their noise. I hope the Glen continues to make it a place where mindful people live. I hope they send the noisy people down the road.
