Was given false information on my initial tour with details that were never true. When I brought it to their attention when reading how the contract disagreed with what they said, instead of addressing the issue by correcting the employee for future tours or even apologizing, I received a very rude correction for their false advertising. Get charged for a full months rent but only live there for a week. Shady right.
DO NOT sign the lease! Manger (Rocco) personally told me on February 2nd on grand opening day I can opp. out anytime no penalty! Well I'm being harassment by them! They said I have 24 hours to pay a $450 insensitive fee for not providing certain documents. It doesn't open up until September. I'm going to have to take legal action for this harassment & false advertisement!
