The glen is not organized at all, the staff is not comforting nor helpful with any problems that occur at all. The move in day has been delayed twice each with little to not even 24 hour notice. I'm so done with this place. I was so excited to move here and now I'm not.
The Glen has not allowed for a move-in date I was originally told was guaranteed. Residents have the inconvenience of moving in weeks after school has began. Information about the space has not been relayed accurately and fully. I regret spending top dollar for a company that can not accommodate me into my space. A hotel offer does not suffice.
THIS PLACE SERIOUSLY IS THE MOST FRUSTRATING! I am about to pull my lease!
Extremely unprofessional and can't even hold up their end of the lease agreement. This company is taking advantage of students and should be expecting lawsuits within the coming months over the crap they've pulled so far. I have never had so many problems during my years of renting until The Glen and we HAVEN'T EVEN MOVED IN YET. 0/10 don't recommend and don't believe their under qualified staff, all they do is lie to avoid having to actually handle the issues they are paid to take care of.
