I love this store!!! I love their merchandise and they have excellent customer service. I got the BEST customer service from them. They sent two Charriol necklaces out for repair. They were attentive and got right back to me. Not too many places work on stainless steel, so for me it was an issue. They sent them back to the manufacturer. Fixed and sent back to me, so I didn't have to drive 45 minutes just to pick them up. Thank you
I can’t say enough awesome things about The Giving Tree Gallery!! I ordered a bracelet online for my best friend and had it shipped directly to her. I requested a small message which I assumed would be typed in an invoice. It was however, handwritten on a cute card!! It was shipped within hours and arrived to my friend n two days! I had an excellent experience with The Giving Tree Gallery, so much so that I've ordered earrings to go with the necklace I recently purchased. The pieces are unique, the package presentation was beautiful (had a MARDI GRAS theme!), and shipping was prompt. Customer service is exceptional. They typically ship UPS (which I hadn't realized and I had requested that the necklace, which I ordered first, go to my PO Box--my error). I purchased a beautiful Necklace and earrings online from the Sarasota store for a friends 60th Birthday. I had put a comment in the order that I needed it for a certain date. The store called me to confirm the order and it arrived early, beautifully wrapped with notes about the stores and their employees, My friend loved her gift! I would definitely recommend this store for different and beautiful items that you won’t find in regular stores!
