I recently purchased a gift for a little girl that had moved clear across the nation and requested that Giving Tree Gallery wrap the gift. I explained that this little girl didn’t have any living grandparents and had moved from all of her “adopted” grandparents and I would be more than willing to Venmo someone to wrap it etc. They called to confirm the address (newly built home) and wrapped the gift and refused to take money!!! I am a new customer but now a customer for life! Highly recommend this company!!!
When a product arrived damaged, I was admittedly worried that the return process would be awful. It has been a LONG time since I’ve worked with such a sincere, bend over backwards customer service department. They made the return process effortless, and they had a replacement expedited to me in lightening speed. The gift (coastal blue gray nautical wood map) was well received and will become an heirloom for years to come. Thank you!

Omg, where do I start?? I have been doing business with these guys for years. They are the best!! Not only is their website great, their customer service is the best I have ever experienced! Let me tell you... I can find a VSA piece anywhere on Instagram or Facebook, etc, shoot Kelsi and e-mail and within days, I have it whether they have it in stock or not!! I love these guys and especially KELSI!!! ❤️❤️❤️
