Shannon helped us buy our first home. She was patient, and kind, explaining things to look out for, as well as the home-buying process. She took the time to understand our style and how different homes could incorporate that. We decided on a whim to view properties the day after Thanksgiving and Shannon made herself completely available to us! Not only that, but she was able to coordinate and arrange 13 showings on the fly in ONE DAY! How's that for amazing? To top it all off, the very last home we saw was the one. We put in an offer the next day and had an accepted offer within a couple days. Shannon and the Gilbert Group were a joy to work with as first time home buyers. We will definitely be working with them again in the future!
Shannon had our home listed and sold in 5 days. On top of that she also helped us buy our new home. Shannon was always attentive to every text, email, and phone call. She made a usually very stressful process very easy! You can't go wrong with Shannon and her team!!
I worked with both Shannon and Jamie and couldn't have found to better to women to help me sell my house and buy my new home. Shannon sold my house was sold in 3 days and when I was in a panic to find a new place to live Jamie basically spent the entire day with me looking at new houses for me and my two boys. I cannot recommend these ladies enough!
