everything was done professionally and the expedited services I received were excellent. From start to finish I never had to worry about anything and since I was out of state-Shannon and her staff handled everything beautifully for me-highly recommend Shannon and her team.

Shannon was so helpful and so patient with my husband and me as we looked for our new home. We relocated from South Carolina, so we had to communicate a lot by phone and email, and we had to set up showings during weekends and over the Thanksgiving holiday. Shannon was there for us every step of the way.
When I decided to buy a house, I got preapproved and started looking online by myself and found a home which I liked and I didn't have a realtor. Shannon Gilbert is fantastic at what she does! She knows real estate! I would highly recommend her if you are buying or selling a home. My wife and I were highly impressed with her knowledge of the market in our area and of her marketing ideas. We lived out of town of our property and she handled everything for us.
