Gary was highly professional and listened to me.
Gary Gipert was the arbitrator in a civil suit against a home builder. Gary Geipert lied twice about having a previous relationship with the builder. Once on the acceptance agreement and again on his oath. He also show obvious partiality when issuing the award. Because of Gary Giepert’s misconduct and fraud, I was able to have the arbitration award vacated. Mr. Giepert is refusing to return the money paid to him. Jonathan Scott Giepert is beyond unprofessional. There is a reason this is a 3 star law firm, trust the rating. This man harassed me over the phone, calling me from two separate numbers about 20 times in 5 mins, then proceeded to text me harassing me even more. He refused to provide his credentials upon request, and when having my attorney contact him, was met with the reality that he is uninformed about the situation he is contacting me about.
