Exceptional location and great front-desk staff. Apartments are spacious and have great natural light. Building is well managed and clean. The vibe is a little dated, but not unusual for D.C.

The units are decent-sized, and virtually all have balconies. There is a nice party room, with a garden, a roof deck, and free storage. Location can't be beat, and the office staff is wonderfully helpful and knowledgeable. Parking and bike storage could be improved.
Great location, friendly front desk, nice size units. Condo fees are too high for very few amenities and parking is limited.
