Love this condo and have lived here for years. Well kept building, quiet residents, super friendly staff. Nice mix of folks - grad students, hospital workers, small families, retirees. The immediate area is also super safe. Between the universities (GW and GT), hospital, embassies, hotels, restaurants… there are always people around & looking after the community.
Roaches in the garage, but front desk staff are so sweet
Exceptional location and great front-desk staff. Apartments are spacious and have great natural light. Building is well managed and clean. The vibe is a little dated, but not unusual for D.C.
