Exceptional location and great front-desk staff. Apartments are spacious and have great natural light. Building is well managed and clean. The vibe is a little dated, but not unusual for D.C.

The units are decent-sized, and virtually all have balconies. There is a nice party room, with a garden, a roof deck, and free storage. Location can't be beat, and the office staff is wonderfully helpful and knowledgeable. Parking and bike storage could be improved.
