We stayed for 2 days, the entire stays was pleasant, the room is excellent and the staff is good. but I would like to highlight and warns about incidental deposit fraud. up on checking we were told to pay USD 100 as a deposit ( they never informed us while making booking) we paid cash USD 100 and surprisingly next day they debited USD100 to our credit card without our pre approval and concern. we took this issue with their front desk and management team and got our cash debit refund. they promised that USD100 which as debite... read more

This is a very quaint and charming hotel though very dated and in need of much TLC. Loved that I could walk to the Niagara Falls Park! The staff was very helpful and always kind and polite. And it was very clean and comfortable!

We had a great holiday here, everything about the hotel was great! Except the air conditioner in the room was a little noisy, I was woken up after falling asleep on the first night, but I got used to it. We went to the waterfall to watch the fireworks on the first night, and later found that we could see the fireworks at night from the hotel window, which was great!
