My husband and I spent our anniversary in this hotel and it was one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. The staff was unbelievably kind and got us whatever we needed. Especially the front desk people were magnificent for all the questions we had about your city and they helped us We would definitely stay here again no doubt good job
Hotel is easy to spot and next to your tourist needs. Quatina was really helpful with our trip. If we go to Niagara Falls again, I will only book with this hotel.
I booked the Giacomo as a surprise trip for my partner’s birthday and I’m so glad that i did! Secure gated and free parking, all the staff were so friendly and helpful, fresh cookies and coffee always available, breakfast was good, and the place is gorgeous! They gave us a room upgrade (i thought i booked a room with a jacuzzi tub but it didn’t show that on the reservation) when there was no mistake on their end and the room was absolutely amazing!
