We had a great stay at the Giacomo. The views and location were amazing. From appearances this is probably the best hotel on the American side of Niagara Falls.
This is where you want to stay when you're in Niagara Falls. It's right in the middle of all points of attraction, easily walkable, and the room itself was spacious and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond, even digging up for me some stamps for my postcards! Great vacation, great hotel.
Lenny was absolutely incredible to make sure we had a great experience! Conveniently located to Goat Island & the Falls! Kevin was also a great bartender! Thanks Guys for a great stay! Peter
The location is great. You can walk to May different places and it’s close to the falls/park. The service was great and everyone was very welcoming. Lenny, the general manager, was great. Very accommodating and helpful. We will be returning with our children in the future. Thanks for a great time.
Great hotel and staff. Fantastic location. Lounge & bar is very cool with Kevin at the helm! We will def be back.
