The rooms are nice but in areas they show their age. The staff are excellent. The bar is nice and the parking is fantastic. It's a gem of a hotel in Niagara Falls but it could be a diamond. It's the little things that being it down from a 5 star experience. Someone should do a room by room and address the cleanliness - scrub the walls and check all of the sheets. The room was attractive, the parking was a big plus, breakfast was as expected (I did wish it had started at 7 instead of 8). The location was perfect and central to access anything.

Wonderful location, huge, clean rooms, great service at the desk and especially in the lounge. The lounge bartender made us the freshest margarita I've ever had - The view of the fireworks from the top deck lounge was nice as well. Safe, secure, close parking. Overall great experience - Will definitely be back.
