This place is nothing short of a complete nightmare I wish I had never found. I arrived for my check in where I wasn’t even greeted and when I approached the front desk agent who was on a personal phone call sitting in the dining room it was if I was interrupting her in her own home. She then proceeds to argue with me that I didn’t have a reservation when I clearly did and she was looking at the wrong date. Room smelled heavily of smoke. Pretty small.
This place is terrible. Elevators not working at 6:30am so we had to walk all of our luggage down the stairs and nobody anywhere to be seen at the front desk. Place is rundown and dirty. Wouldn't stay here again.
So many good things, unique modern amd stylish accommodations, super friendly staff, ideally right next to the heart of the attraction.
