Lenny & the staff’s customer service is top notch. The hotel is a wonderful place to stay that is close to the falls.
Location was goofy, parking and signage not very clear. Rooms are dated and no upset great. Bed seemed fine. TV didn't work, some lights didn't work, shower has calcium build up. Toilet was not working great. Had a seafood on checkin gave us another person's room and we walked in on a dirty room and stuff on the bed and we dont know what else as we got out pretty quick. Awesome hotel! I was planning my first ever visit in United States and I wanted to find the best hotel with the best view. Giacomo hotel is one of the tallest hotels on the United States side and you can get an amazing view towards the Falls. Especially, If you book the premium apartments. This hotel has an apartment that spans half the entire floor plate allowing you to view almost all the directions. I highly recommend this place. Their service is outstanding. By far the cleanest, nicest smelling hotel we've ever stayed in. The whole staff was so very attentive and polite. The robes were a lovely touch. The breakfast was good and hot, eggs, sausage, waffles the whole works. If you needed anything that wasnt out for breakfast, the breakfast attendant was right on it. Nowadays it can be hard to find such attentive employees. We stayed in the king room with jetted tub for a much needed couple nights away.We will be back.
