The room and hotel itself was beautiful. My partner and I had gotten a room with a whirlpool/jetted tub which was a nice touch. The breakfast served was a nice change of pace from the usual hotel breakfast servings, as they had home fried potatoes and bacon, as well as some other things. Checking in was a breeze and the front desk attendant was nice. They were friendly towards my partners service dog. I would absolutely stay here again!

4.5 The hotel was great. We visited in the off season so the surrounding area was deserted, but the walk to the falls is short. We had two single King size adjoining rooms. One of them a corner room with a nice view. Especially at night when they light up the falls and the mist glows above them. You also get a nice panoramic of the Canadian side. You have to walk to the falls to see them. Rooms, lounges upstairs and down were decorated perfectly. Staff were friendly, helpful, and barely ever rolled their eyes. Free breakfast... read more
