I so loved living at The Leonard. We had to move unfortunately. Tammy was the best property manager and we love William the maintenance man. They were the dream team. The location is amazing! I would go back if I could. The best renting experience!!!
The Leonard is probably my favorite place to have lived in the ATL! My son and I really enjoyed living here and were totally bummed to move. We were treated so well by management and maintenance! Everything we needed was taken care of quickly and efficiently. We felt totally safe and had a blast being within walking distance to the park and so many great shops & restaurants. Great place in Grant Park! Morgan and Will have done a great job of taking care of us. Morgan did a great job of getting us ready for our move in day. Our first weekend in the space, Morgan set up a Food Truck Friday event to celebrate St. Patty's day. We met a lot of fun neighbors! Looking forward to the George opening up so we can use the pool!

I've been living at The Leonard since May, and I absolutely love it! The property manager, Tammy Marks, is always accessible, helpful, easy to talk to, and super friendly. William takes care of all things facilities and is equally wonderful and eager to help. Maintenance requests and questions are always efficiently addressed. The location is great-- I love being able to walk to some of my favorite neighborhood spots or stay back and enjoy the grills/seating/bocce on the back patio! Definitely recommend living here!
Absolutely love living here! It's only been a few months but I definitely feel at home here and Tammy is the biggest help with everything!! Best relocation decision was this apartment:)
I have lived at The Leonard for almost two years and am very happy. The location is amazing! Tammy, the Property Manager and William, the Facilities Manager are kind, attentive and responsive. It is a nice community to be a part of and I would recommend the property without reservation.
Tammy (leasing) and William (facilities) are THE BEST!!! They both have made my stay at The Leonard feel like home! They are very responsive to any issues I've raised. Being one of the first residents, I was prepared to experience inconveniences, but Tammy and William have gone above and beyond to make those few and far between. Additionally, I love my unit and the location is awesome!!! Lots of great places to walk to - parks, coffee house, food.
