The service and sales are impeccable.
These people are amazing! After dealing with another jeweler who made a promise and assured me a new ring would be ready before Thanksgiving , then called 2 days ago to tell me they couldn’t deliver and it would be 5 weeks for something different, they got me in and out of the store in 1/2hr with a perfect design and fit! Had an anniversary/mother's ring made using my engagement ring's diamond and surrounding it with the kids' birthstones. Gem Jewelry did an amazing job!
Had repairs completed there, work is always excellent and staff is always very pleasant.
Went into gem Jewelers to sell a piece of scrap gold broken bracelet didn't deal with Joel but some other guy offered me $115 for my bracelet, asked him for a better price he told me the absolute highest he can go is $120, scrap price on it was $275, told him to forget it, went to the mall the gold stand at Colonial Park Mall and sold it for $185, was told at the Gem to go to New York if I want to get more, my brother bought a pair of $5,000 earrings when I took him in last Christmas to the Gem sent numerous people there I w... read more
I went to The Gem Jewelry store this evening to have links removed from my watch. Not only did they remove the links in 2 seconds, they got me in and out, were very courteous, knowledgeable and the price was reasonable. I was very pleased with their service and will definitely be back!
