RecommendedGot a very fair price on engagement ring here, fiancé liked a different style. Kim at the shop here was MORE than helpful finding/making the perfect ring for her to swap out. Very friendly experienced staff. Reasonable prices.
72+ hours later and I'm still fuming over the 'service' I received from, what appeared to be, one of the owners...since she was included in many of the family pictures hanging on the wall/door. A delightful and empathetic sales clerk greeted and assisted me in my attempt to replace a synthetic gem for my Memorial Urn Necklace containing my sister's ashes. Knowledgeable, friendly & helpful owners, Pam & Joel have transformed some older jewelry into beautiful new pieces for me. I have also bought several other beautiful & reasonably-priced pieces for sale in the shop. Gem is certainly my “go-to” jewelry store.
They repaired a pair of earrings and did a wonderful job. I always wanted to stop in there and was impressed with their inventory.
This jewelry store is our special little gem. I just love this store. If you haven’t checked it out do so before you go to those “big store” shops. You won’t regret it.
