Chris the property manager is great. Lived here for 4 years - only leaving since I am about to become a homeowner. Prompt maintenance. Complimentary gym & pool. Great walking area. City living without feeling like you live in the city.
My SO and I lived in the Gateway at Summerset apartments for 3 years. Chris, the property manager, was fantastic and responded promptly to any inquiries we had. Maintenance was friendly and resolved issues in a timely manner. The neighborhood is beautiful, safe, and conveniently located. Would highly recommend to others.

Gateway at Summerset is a very good apartment complex. It is a very safe for family. I was a very busy surgeon working most of the time .My family enjoyed living in that apartment complex. The pool and gym was good pass time. The manager/ caretaker Chris was one of best and most sincere , good at heart. Our few maintenance issues were promptly attended to it without delay.
