i moved out of this apartment about 1 year ago. there wasnt enough lighing in the apartment some rooms you had to add lamps cause there wasnt some rooms with any light fixtures. you had to keep the washer and dryer in a very small kitchen because the amartment wasnt built for a laundry room. i was pregnant and the ac broke and it was over 90 degress and took 2 days to fix because of them not wanting to do their jobs. water bill were crazy cause they would take the whole apartment section and split the bill ( 4 apartments to ... read more
i lived there for a year and it was hell. the parking situation was terrible. there was no parking available at all. New management took over and said the parking situation would inprove. but it didnt the only thing the new BLONDE headed land lady was doing is FLIRTING with male tenants!!!!! My vehicle was vandalized at gates of west bay on two separate occations and the land lady said she would NOT be able to do anything about it.....she said just call the police and make a report.
