RecommendedI have been living here since August of 2017. this is the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. you are literally in the middle of everything. stores everywhere. so nice and quite. grounds are always kept up. and maintenance always comes when you call. I see me living here for very long time
Don’t care about employees and even less about tenants.
This apartment complex has been a blessing. The people who work here are extremely friendly and helpful. I appreciate their hard work making my first official apartment living experience enjoyable. Highly recommend!
Great, friendly staff.. nice pool area and well priced for the space/amenities. Easy access to highway 49 & I-10.
Do not live here. I moved on & after about 20 days I had no A/C. The after hours maintenance didn't "feel like coming up fix it". My air filter was solid black & had mold & mildew. Office staff was always rude & never returned my emails & barely any of my calls.
It is the wrost place I have ever lived, we pay high rent for low income services ,our pool is not useable for every major Holliday the hot tub has not been working for over a year now ,our water has not been drinkable for going on two months.I'm our lease it states free carpet cleaning once a year when I went to ask about mine geting done they told me no ,not until December and my last cleaning was a year ago .they do not want to fix anything unless it's to their conveyance.I would not recommend this place to my worse enemy... read more
The reserve apartments are nice and affordable. The office staff is so helpful too.
