Insane rental prices for low quality neighborhood. Always criminal activity. From murder to vandalism. Roach infested apartments with no consistent pest control. Rent goes up 100-150 each year. Gym half equipment broken. Basketball court always destroyed by kids always being replaced. Dog park full of mess from owners not picking up after their animals. Kids always cussing and fighting. Everyone in the office and the maintenance team is always wonderful and helpful. Ms Kathy is always and willing to help in any situation and having community days to help bring morale.
I've never lived in such a disgusting place. There were cockroaches on my toothbrush even after the fumigation. There are all kinds of insects. They also tricked me into thinking all the services were working. I paid $1,500 for the second month and $1,700 for the third. They're scammers!
