This place has clean up it act. I apply last summer and tour a unit. I was like nope not for me. As I was looking again the past summer another property suggest there again because a new manager was there and she said that lady was nice but does not sugar coat how things are to be done. If I could give Zero stars I would. The place is filled with mold. Unsafe area. The cameras outside don’t even work. They keep the pool closed all year. Even summer. Steer away.
I wish I could leave no stars I am writing to formally express my concerns regarding the behavior and professionalism of the manager currently overseeing the leasing office. From the very beginning, my interactions with her have been extremely unpleasant. She has consistently displayed a rude, nasty, and highly unprofessional attitude. I made an appointment on the website for a tour when I was checking out apartments. I tried calling but got no answer & I sent a request for information through the site but wasn't contacted. My husband took time off Work to meet me for the tour. When we arrived, the "Closed" sign was on the office door, but a young lady inside said someone would be available in 30 mins. Do not rent from these people! They are shady. The staff are VERY unprofessional. The apartments look ok on the inside but the stairwells are very dirty and smell like weed. Also, I took off work 2 days to look at a apartment. I was told I was already approved after paying $50 for a application fee that was SUPPOSED to be waived. I wanted to SEE the apartment I was going to be be living in. BOTH times I was told the apartment was already rented.
