I called to ask general questions about the quality of the apartments when moving in and the manager hung up on me. You can’t even ask questions. Red flag!
This complex is HORRIBLE and that’s an understatement… they will try to sell you on the display apartment and then throw you into an unlivable one on your move in day. Living conditions are deplorable. Infestation of bugs, mice, mold, and awful smells. Interior problems like front door not shutting right or sealing, ripped up floors prior to move in, and multiple other problems. Over the course of my stay none of the amenities were accessible nor did you want to get near the frog pond swimming pool or tornado wrecked workout... read more
DONT RENT FROM THOS PLACE... ROACH INFESTED AND THEY DONT EVER FIX ANYTHING.. WIFE AND I MOVED HERE, AND INSIDE OF 3 MONTHS, WE HAVE BEEN TO THE OFFICE SEVERAL TIMES FOR LEAKS. KITCHEN SINK, BATHROOM FIXURES AND THE AIR UNIT LEAKS ALL OVER THEIR NEW FLOORS.. THEY DO NOTHING ABOUT IT. SO ITS TIME FOR US TO MOVE OUT AND FIND OTHER SHELTER... HELL,, THE STREETS HAVE CLEANER AIR THAN THIS PLACE... WOULD LOVE TO SHARE PICTURES OF THE PLACE.. WOULDNT Y'ALL LOVE TO SEE THEM....
