Everyone in the office and the maintenance team is always wonderful and helpful. Ms Kathy is always and willing to help in any situation and having community days to help bring morale.

I've never lived in such a disgusting place. There were cockroaches on my toothbrush even after the fumigation. There are all kinds of insects. They also tricked me into thinking all the services were working. I paid $1,500 for the second month and $1,700 for the third. They're scammers!

I’ve had a very negative experience with Kathy, the leasing manager. Her communication has been extremely unprofessional, including threatening phone calls and emails that made me feel uncomfortable and targeted. Instead of helping resolve concerns, she seems more focused on finding reasons to push tenants out. As a resident, I expect to feel safe bringing up issues or asking for assistance, but dealing with Kathy has been stressful and discouraging. I’ve had a very frustrating experience with the leasing manager, Kathy. She consistently shows a lack of respect toward residents and is extremely unprofessional in her communication. Maintenance issues are often ignored or left unresolved, which makes living here stressful and uncomfortable.
