Pictures are attached! Things around there have never been perfect but they were better before the current manager got there. My apartment flooded over 5 times before I left. Kathy said she would immediately fix the issue. Two weeks later I was told they were still waiting on parts to come in. UPDATE: I’ve included pictures! Mind you this was like this for months!! Or weeks or days but months and it’s still not all the way fixed. Under S.C. Code § 27-40-440, a landlord is required to: * Comply with applicable building and housing codes affecting health and safety. * Make repairs reasonably necessary to keep the property fit and habitable. * Keep common areas in a reasonably safe condition. I feel that management has used its authority in ways that have negatively affected tenants, including concerns about excessive or questionable rent charges. Kathy (property manager) is frequently unavailable or out of the office, making it difficult for tenants to get timely responses or have concerns properly addressed. Unfortunately, the condition and management of this community have significantly declined. The pool is frequently closed due to poor maintenance, and the basketball court is now being used as a dog waste area. The basketball hoop is also broken, leaving children without a usable recreational space. The gym was open for only a short period before being closed due to non\-residents using it improperly.
