DONT RENT FROM THOS PLACE... ROACH INFESTED AND THEY DONT EVER FIX ANYTHING.. WIFE AND I MOVED HERE, AND INSIDE OF 3 MONTHS, WE HAVE BEEN TO THE OFFICE SEVERAL TIMES FOR LEAKS. KITCHEN SINK, BATHROOM FIXURES AND THE AIR UNIT LEAKS ALL OVER THEIR NEW FLOORS.. THEY DO NOTHING ABOUT IT. SO ITS TIME FOR US TO MOVE OUT AND FIND OTHER SHELTER... HELL,, THE STREETS HAVE CLEANER AIR THAN THIS PLACE... WOULD LOVE TO SHARE PICTURES OF THE PLACE.. WOULDNT Y'ALL LOVE TO SEE THEM....
Udate to this review 10/2024 New manager under the crappy Franklin Johnston Group makes this the 3rd set of management they have sent in and still nothinghas changed. In fact it seems to get worse. Mold continuesto expand, the roach infestation is out of control with them never sending out the pest control that tenats pay an additional cost on their rent to supposedly recieve. Ratherthan replacing roofs that need it,they patch it so that a few weeks later the leaks return. Over priced for what someone living here has to deal... read more
Don't waste your money. Place is full of mold, serious roof and other leaks and roach infested. You pay extra in rent for pest control but they never come. Management doesn't fix anything. Pool and other amenities never in much usable condition or open. Way over priced for what you get. You are better off living in income based complex than paying $1300+ to live with leaks, mold, and roaches.
Do not come here with your voucher the unit will not pass. Dont waste your application fee
Love this new staff already. They are answering phone calls and our maintenance orders are being completed. They are making sure that we are comfortable and being taken care of in our units.
