I made an appointment on the website for a tour when I was checking out apartments. I tried calling but got no answer & I sent a request for information through the site but wasn't contacted. My husband took time off Work to meet me for the tour. When we arrived, the "Closed" sign was on the office door, but a young lady inside said someone would be available in 30 mins. After 30 mins, we spoke to another lady who was rude, condescending & didnt seem to care that we'd made an appointment. She just blew us off & said to resch... read more
Do not rent from these people! They are shady. The staff are VERY unprofessional. The apartments look ok on the inside but the stairwells are very dirty and smell like weed. Also, I took off work 2 days to look at a apartment. I was told I was already approved after paying $50 for a application fee that was SUPPOSED to be waived. I wanted to SEE the apartment I was going to be be living in. BOTH times I was told the apartment was already rented. The so called rental agent made us wait while she was on the phone and was on th... read more
