This is my second summer going down to The Deck. I have met some really great people and the staff are AMAZING! We try to go down at least once a week, sometimes more. The food is great, although I have to say the pecan crusted chicken salad is my favorite! The drinks are always awesome! Even the ones non alcoholic ones! Staff always make it fun as well as great friends!!! Thank you for an amazing place I look forward to returning to every summer! Born and raised in Fort Wayne and Customer service from the bartender made me feel unwelcome . I made a public post about my endeavors and I didn’t realize how many people went through the same thing until the comments came in! The atmosphere is great but it seems they discriminate based off the color of your skin!
Do not go here if you have fairly large dinner party. Last night we were the last of our party to arrive and ended up not having dinner with our party. The staff never offered us chairs, no trying to put us at an empty table which they had, no accommodating whatsoever. I'm VERY disappointed over this is will NEVER return. Needless to say we left, had dinner by ourselves at an establishment that actually cared about their patrons.
The best place to relax. Great service and food!!

The Deck offers cocktail & snacks with a view of the water & sky. It has a relaxed vibe. Cons: WARNING! The cocktail are on the strong side! Because it is outside tobacco smoke is everywhere.
