My husband and I do not mess with or attempt to solve gas or electrical issues, which means we often turn to the experts and Doug L. Really is an expert! Doug helped us with our two fireplaces and installing our grill conversion kit after replacing our exterior gas line that was covered in duct tape. Every time Doug comes he shares what he did, why he did it, and shows me how it is working. He is fast, efficient, and I couldn't recommend working with Doug enough! Highly recommended. Lucas was courteous and knowledgeable when he provided estimate. Greg worked miracles getting us scheduled promptly. Andy was did excellent work, was a trooper in the rain, and suffered through my endless questions. Five stars all around.
Collin was absolutely marvelous! Truly a craftsman: knowledgeable, methodical, patient with my questions, kept up an amazing pace, and even stood in a thunderstorm getting the final things done! His helper, Eli, was quick to assist and take on parts of the project (all of which were reviewed and passed by Collin) with a pleasant and helpful attitude. Technician Doug Londen has worked with us on multiple occasions. He is extremely meticulous and obviously takes great pride in his work. He is honest and trustworthy and solves problems creatively. I would strongly recommend working with this company and Doug if a concern about a gas fireplace is the issue.
