We had a minimal gas leak in our basement and called The Gas Connection to repair. The professionalism of this company was extraordinary, from beginning to end.*************************** was the service technician that came to our home. We have used the Gas Connection for many services and home projects over the last several years. ****** was great with running new gas lines to our soon-to-be fire pit and bbq. He called us when he was 20 minutes away and was extremely courteous. ****** took time to explain the details of the install and was very knowledgable. Justin did an amazing job. We needed to replace a gas line that wasn't up to code. The work had to be done around an existing shed and garage. I was very happy with how clean things turned out. Would absolutely love for him to come out again next time we need help.
Doug comes every year to clean and check our gas fireplace. He is very careful and always cleans up afterward. I like that he checks for gas leaks and for carbon monoxide to make certain our fireplace is safe to use.
Doug reminded me that he has been servicing my fireplace for 7 years. I really like their early bird special -- I save $$ and have my fireplace ready for fall without worries. Doug is efficient and keeps me informed about the condition of my fireplace and what maintenance he has provided. I would not hesitate to recommend The Gas Connection.
Doug is fantastic! Doug has been servicing our two gas fireplaces for years. We use the fireplaces a lot and Doug cleans and maintains them regularly. He is extremely knowledgeable and extremely detail oriented and meticulous about keeping things clean and preventing scratches. I can't say enough good things about Doug.
