In my opinion, Mr. Garner is one of the most negligent and damaging attorneys I have ever encountered. He barely spent any time preparing for my mediation — I have a recording proving he didn’t even give it a full minute. He didn’t notify me about my termination trial until 5 days before it happened, and then failed to file a motion for new trial within the 75-day statutory deadline. Would not go back!! He was supposed to do a custody case for me but ended up leaving out vital information in the courts paper, then instead of fixing it he tried charging me for his mistake. I would put zero stars if possible. I do not trust him or his work.

Lon was my brother in law court appointed lawyers you’ll think that mean something else but in real the had our best interest my brother was facing a life sentence in Collin county instead he was able to fight and persuade the jury to give him a light sentence!! We thank you lon
