In my opinion, Mr. Garner is one of the most negligent and damaging attorneys I have ever encountered. He barely spent any time preparing for my mediation — I have a recording proving he didn’t even give it a full minute. He didn’t notify me about my termination trial until 5 days before it happened, and then failed to file a motion for new trial within the 75-day statutory deadline.
