My boyfriend and I dined here Tuesday 1/17, and as Johnson and Wales alumni, we were so very excited to see such an incredible menu. It is very hard to find anything that brings farm to table done as well as the Garlic Poet. We will most definitely be back.
The Brussels sprouts were amazing. Lettuce wraps are my go-to favorite! The flavored butter is always fun and tonight's scallion garlic and white wine was so good. Thanks GP!

Outstanding food experience for 2 VT foodies! Great menu, local (self grown) foods, excellent service (shout out to Amanda, Benjamin and others). Worth a visit!
